I have suffered with eczema my whole life and working in a nursery for two years washing hands constantly has been a nightmare with my cracked bleeding fingers. Ive tried plenty of remedies like Vaseline, Vapor rub and even steroid creams from the doctors and nothing has worked. A massive thank you to the stunning Shalina who recommended me the Balmonds intensive hand cream which worked wonders within two days!!!!! I absolutely cannot be more thankful. I will 100% be coming back for some more!

When I visited the Luton branch, a pretty young woman who I believe goes by the name of Shalina greeted me. I came in looking for whey protein and creatine. Shalina was able to guide me and make this visit simple and efficient. Her knowledge was impeccable. I am new to taking creatine and asked her about the product, she was able to provided me with information on dose and storage and then showed me the best product on the market!!! She is honestly the best, and she deserves recognition. Thank you shalina!

Here's an employee review. Working here was great, perfect infact, until it wasn't. An environment can quickly become toxic when the management are on a power trip. Distributing so much disrespect to their staff that the environment becomes too unhealthy, given the fact the concept of the company is health and wellness, I would've thought taking staffs mental health into account would've been their priority, however I can, talking from experience tell you that they definitely do not, choose your job wisely, take care of you.

Rating this a 5 star simply due to the outstanding customer service i had received, from the associate named Shalina (my apologies if miss-spelled). She had made my visit very worthwhile, by informing me of the best deals and offering knowledge on products that i was after. After experiencing many bad situations at this store, its really good to see new recruits like Shalina turning it around! Overall, a very good asset to the team, in my opinion, and will definitely be coming back to shop!
