Had to go down two flights of stairs as the will not deliver into flats.
Chips was on a small plate, about 30 chips, hard and cold for 4.00 !
Called them and was told was put on a regular plate and 'mistakes happen' No apology !
Said would send another large chips but decided to cancel as I will have to leave half of my already half plate to go downstairs.
Ruined me and my partners evening. Pies were hard to cut and cold also. Feel quite sick..
Won't be ordering again
