        My point of view is that 8 weeks is too much to receive a new Residence Card.

        We have been complaining for almost 2 months about a heating issue at our office since we moved in.The temperatures in our office are 31 degrees and up everyday for the last few months.This has resulted in our staff not coming into work because of unfavourable working conditions.We have tried speaking to the team at Luton and escalated this to their regional manager Erica but have not had any response.We have asked for a complaints procedure from the team to raise this issue for months now and everyone keeps telling us we have no complaints procedure.For a company as big as Regus to not have a complaints procedure this is appauling.This is also very unfair as we are paying for an office that we are not using because of the heating.This is a very unprofessional way of handling the situation as this concerns health and safety.
