The Altavon agency robs depositors. She robbed us and didn't return the deposit for over two years. This agency is a scam, I don't know what to do now. The owner of the house we live in doesn't even want to talk to us about it. He changed the Agency to another, promising that our deposit will be sent within seven days to the new agency. Of course, he deceived us, he didn't tell us that the "Alatvon" agency was a fraud, I don't know why he didn't. I renovated the apartment on my own with the consent of the owner. The apartment was in terrible condition, dirty, the bathroom was damaged, the floors were damaged, the refrigerator had dirt and bugs. There was no gas charging card or power key, no gas and smoke detectors. They only installed gas and smoke detectors after three years. Now, after renovation and wallpapering, the apartment looks a little better. The garden was in terrible condition. The fence broke and fell over. I fixed it all for free. Now the owner wants to get rid of us. I do not recommend these people, they are thieves.
