If you want to flee DV BUT TO END UP HAVING YOUR CHILDREN REMOVED INTO SOCIAL SERVICES CARE FOR GOOD, you can move into their premises. There will be unqualified, quite agressive Child and Family support worker (Karla Andrews) putting her own, personal hatery towards all females, on you and your children. She also likes to manipulate other residents against targeted by herself family in order to justify her "concerns" and her referrals that she abundantly sends to Luton Childrens services. She also seems to enjoy creating a conflict between residents on the premises just to weaken the image of the mother and children that she aims for removal by Luton Social Services. The leadership and the accessible for communication trustee aren't qualified in understanding children or families either. I complained a lot but they don't care if such things are happening in WAIL anyway. It's all business for them without any care for Karla Andrews , Child and Family support worker keeping to attempt to remove as many children into Social care and to see as many mothers to feel helpless from her backstabbing actions as possible. I wasn't the only one target of Karla. The leadership is protective of such practices to keep happening to the resident families (mothers and their traumatised children) for some unknown reason. They make sure that as many of similar workers make their working team. There was appointed a Luton Social services professional for a job of WAIL Manager in 2018 (when we used their service). She has upheld my complaint DUE TO BEING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED IN THE FIELD OF CHILD AND FAMILY WELFARE BUT SOON AFTER SHE HAD TO LEAVE THEIR TEAM AND HER JOB. In my opinion, she didn't fit into the WAIL team due to actually being qualified for her job. I witnessed many women ( with their children) deciding to return to their violent partners after seeing what WAIL (Womans Aid in Luton) does Institutionally-wise to victims of DV by Karla Andrews. Witnessing their children potentially being much more harmed by being removed from the care of their mother as well as the father ( if Karla decides to target with her "concerns" whoever she personally dislikes) were the events before such decisions were taken. The reasons for "concerns" Karla will be happy to fabricate and to present as "suspicious" to every other agency. DV might start to seem like holidays comparing to what expects many people who inter WAIL.
