        After buying a belt from here a I realised that they over charged me by 10 from the price shown on the tag. I went back to the shop to bring it to their attention and was met with a fairly dismissive response of well that is the new price. I am a bit surprised that a brand like Hugo Boss doesnt honour their displayed prices. Admittedly its only 10 but thats not the point. Disappointing customer service.

        Bought a watch from here. It was too big and I was told I could get it resized at no extra charge at any boss store. I went to other boss stores in the UK as I couldnt find any in Tenerife. I was told that they dont do resizing of the watch and I needed to go to a random jeweller to get it resized. This is ridiculous because the only reason I bought the watch is because I was pressured in to believing I could get it resized without any hassle. Now I have a watch that is too big for me and feel like Ive been scammed in to buying it. Really frustrating experience and its not like I can just go back to airport to talk to the staff about it. Not a pleasant experience at all. I dont recommend buying from here.

        I went in to have a little browse, the guys working in the store were really lovely!! The service was amazing, I really can't recommend them enough, I spoke to the Manager, Sam, to give my praise and he was equally as good! An absolute assest to your company.
