Absolutely abismal Agency. I worked through them for 6 months. Every dealing I had with them was painful, they were totally imcompetent apart from when passing the buck. Most documentation I received from them was riddled with errors and had to be corrected. They substantially over paid me in error twice but couldn't manage to give me correct payslips for the date range in question, giving me different figures for how much I had to give back. They then threatened me with legal action!! This painful process dragged on for about 3 months, with contact daily at some points. I was also in a car accident while employed with them, received no sick pay of course and then they refused to provide evidence that I was scheduled to work, giving me problems with the insurance claim. It is still unsettled but I look likely to loose 665 due to their refusal to help. I was constantly passed from the agency and employer. The whole experience was just awful. Avoid at any cost!
