Very angry and disappointed with this store. I bought a couple of Kurtis from this store a few days ago. Unfortunately the items did not fit me and so I went back to the store to exchange the items for a bigger size. The sales girl told me that the size I had bought was the largest that they had. Well then, if I cannot get a bigger size, I should get my money back! But No!! The sales lady said that they had a no refund policy (not that I see any posters to that effect) and that I should get something else instead for the money that I had already paid. If they did not have any clothes my size, I do not know what she wanted me to get instead. There were some fancy dupattas but they were of no interest to me so I did not see any reason to forcibly buy something I would not use. She did not budge, saying that it was not her fault. I am really very disappointed with this attitude. never going back to that shop again! The lady was even happy to keep my Kurtis without giving me back my money!!! 24.08.21 - I did not come back after weeks. I bought the items on Wednesday and brought them back on Monday. I did go back on Thursday but you were not open at 10:45 when I went there. You are still insisting that I take back the Kurtis that are of no use to me since they do not fit. The measurement taken was of the bust ONLY - not the waist, where it was not fitting me. I would have been happy to change if you had a bigger size but since you did not, how can you insist that I should take back items that are of no use to me?? Your shop does not have a sign that you do not do refunds. And further more your shop does not have a fitting room. Like in your pervious reviews, your customer service is very poor. Great disappointment!!

Awful, awful, awful costumer service! if you don't do refunds then put signs up or inform your customers on purchase, what a waste of money and time! Brought a shawl, less then 2 hours later went to return it, as it did not match, I was told no refund, I said to the lady at the till sorry I see no signs nor was I aware, she just wouldn't understand even tho it was unopened and brought less then 2 hours ago she even served me! quick to take but not as quick to give back!
