I have seen many clinicians over the years for microsuction for my ears. Dr Alex is by far the best I have ever visited. He always takes the time to explain to me what is happening in my ears, the treatment is painless (especially in comparison to some other clinicians I have seen), and he always advises me on next steps. Very pleased with my treatment and can recommend this clinic very professional from reception to treatment I booked on line and got an appointment quickly, Alex explained everything before starting he even checked the ear I recently had syringed elsewhere only to find wax still in there so cleaned that out Alex basically gives your ears a health check as-well as removing the wax as one of mine has a slight infection so give me advise on seeing a GP this method of wax removal is the way forward for me good value for money on a job professionally done thank you.

Alex was very calm with our 4 year old to remove wax from both ears. Made her comfortable and even allowed her to hold the tools so she knows what exactly he would be using and what the tools do. Will recommend and use again if need be.
