        I went to collect the iPhone 14 pro max on 29/4/23 Saturday , I had ordered online and requested it delivered to the shop. I had my drivers licence, bank card s (2) and a bill as proof of address ! I was disappointed when the guy was serving me was questioning all this and insisting he wants more proof of address as , to him, none of this was registered to my address even though it wasnt the case as all this was registered to my address and it was all correspondence with my Vodafone account which I have had for more than 10 years ! He just couldnt believe anything ! I even had the order number ( the text message for collection) ! He just didnt believe me !He eventually gave me my order after we exchanged not so nice words!

        Can't call up, so you have to chance it and waste 20 minutes driving there so they can tell you they don't have what you're after.
