The NOAH Shop - High Town

Some nice goodies in the shop, but the staff are absolutely awful. Crabby old ladies who can be overheard in the back room complaining about peoples donations. I donated there several times and got nothing but a dirty look every time, and bags grabbed out of my hands. My sister took donations there, too, and she also experienced rudeness and staff yelling at her not to block the way when she was bringing the stuff from the car. Wouldnt shop there or donate there again, Id rather go to any of the other charity shops in town.

Popped in here looking for a parcel that was delivered here by mistake which I as fine they didnt have it. What I witnessed from the staff her was truly astonishing, waiting in the queue and the lack of manors and respect from members of staff was truly disgusting. A lady was buying cups, plates etc and was told why dont you have a bag we dont have any. Then the cashier let someone push in front of me without a sorry. Then the person who got served card was declined, now its embarrassing as it is the cashier slammed the card machine down in front of the lady and shouted declined. The pure rudeness from staff members here was truly astonishing. Now Noah over the years has been a great place to go to for furniture & appliances and the people have been wonderful. But what I saw that day was beyond belief.
