Avoid this place at all costs. They charge you for replacing parts and don't change them. My issues started even before I arrived with the receptionist unable to take basic name and registration details, she really is as thick as they come. I booked my car in for an mot and service. It wasn't long before the call came telling me it had failed on various items but they had the car so I agreed. On collect the thick girl had issues finding my paper but I eventually paid and started my journey home. During which I tried the windscreen washer but it seemed empty. This rang immediate alarm bells. Once home my husband checked the windscreen washer bottle and confirmed it was empty. This lead into him double checking other items and he soon found that both the oil and air filters hadn't been changed despite me paying for a full service. I took the car back within the hour and asked to talk to the person in charge where I was greeted by a rude, arrogant older man with a northern accent, a cross between Frankinstine and lurch from Scroobydoo. Of course he denied my findings and angrily told me to F-off and not to come back telling me I'd never prove anything. My advice to all is give this place a wide birth and use someone else. Talk to family and friends and go by recommendation. Horrible garage! !!!! Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Can't praise this garage enough. I've been going there for 10 years now wouldn't use anyone else. Always answer any questions I've got with my car, and nothing is too much trouble. Never had any problems with any work carried out on my car. And Del or Chris always try to help if cost is too much. Such a beautiful run family business, and to be honest, they are hard to find nowadays. Also, Kayleigh, on reception, is always friendly and so helpful. Keep up the good work, guys, and thank you so much From a very happy customer

I have sent and email requesting to pick up my car as this service is mentioned on the website. I have not heard back so I decided to call the office. The receptionist acknowledged receiving my email but has not responded to it, the costumer service was extremely poor and I was told they would not be able to pick up my car even though it withing the 10-mile radius. I asked her why and got not response. I was shocked at how poorly the receptionist dealt with my questions and would keep silent on the phone.

Had a problem with Coolant, and they cleared this fault and fitted new alternator belt. Very good service and friendly environment. I would recommend this place.
