Let's start with the one and only positive the care staff, absolutely fantastic work hard and genually care. Now for the owner and management. On a number of occasions they have left us with no carers and advised us with very short notice. They dont have enough staff to cover calls, generally because the staff are leaving. They supposedly have management staff on call that don't ever want to come out to cover emergencies, or on one occassion was on call and was miles away!!! It's ironic that they work in a caring industry, when clearly they don't. Clearly money and profit comes before staff and clients welfare. We have stayed loyal to this care company for over 2 years, mainly down to the fantastic staff ( unfortunately more have and are leaving). The last 6 months have been awful with their communication, reliability and their constant excuses. We are now in the process of moving agencies to one that actually cares about their clients.

Civicare looked after my nan for 4 years and i could not fault them. The carers were amazing, they are a really caring company. while i was on holiday i felt very comfortable that they would look after her with any extra bits she needed, i was confident that they would take care of her. I now work for them as a carer as i was struggling to find a job so they helped me. the office staff are very friendly and are always there. Nothing is ever any problems with civicare and i couldnt ask for a better company to of looked after my nan and now to help me get back on my feet.

Civicare have been looking after my elderly father for around four years now, the staff are professional and friendly, I would 100% recommend this company.
