Avoid this agency at any cost. One of the most unprofessional care agencies I've come across. The care agency manager Ian Stewart is highly unprofessional. When I speak to him about an issue, instead of coming up with workable solutions he will argue with the clients/clients family. He has also, neglected my father when he has personally provided care. He came across incompetent when he provided personal care to my father. You would think a manager would be fully trained to carry out care tasks. The complaints process is also, non existent as, I've complained to the director of this agency in the past and it turns out the director is the care agency manager Ian Stewart's mother. In his opinion since he is a family member he can respond to complaints. Well, clearly there's conflict of interest particularly if the complaint is directly in relation to his management and service provided by him. Till this date the director has not bothered to contact me about any of my complaints. For some reason when you go on holiday, Ian Stewart assumes you will die on holiday, as in am email he made the assumption we may not return. Not sure how any manager can make such baseless assumptions. I would not recommend them at all from my vulnerable father's experience..
