This garage has been found guilty by Luton County Court (judgement of 22/02/2017) for not exercising care and skill in their repairs. The way they work is they check what is wrong, they make you order a part, they fit the part and charge you labour. When the problem is not fixed they say it's your problem and refuse to give your money back. If you take your car somewhere else then you find that the diagnosis of PKST was absolutely wrong. This is what happened to me. Unacceptable! I don't accept your response that you have changed because the court has ordered you to pay me a sum of money which you have not paid. I have asked you on two occasions to pay. On the first you said you will pay in 10 days and the second one you ignored. This means you show disrespect to your customers and disrespect to the orders of UK courts. The reviews are here for a reason; they are here for the customers to make an informed decision whether or not to trust your company. What I say in my review are not an opinion; they are facts. Based on the facts you and your company are not to be trusted.
