I found Fensomes and the wonderful Nayan by pure chance on the internet. Thank god I did! He is absolutely marvellous. All the windows and electric door mirrors on my BMW Z4 had stopped working. I'd already booked the car to go into the big BMW dealership, Sytner's, just off J11 on the M1, knowing it would cost a fortune. They'd quoted something like 120 just for doing a diagnostics test, and it was while I was waiting for that appointment to come round that I found Fensomes and thought I'd give them a go. Unlike Sytners, I was able to take my car in the very next day and Nayan immediately went to work on it. The fault took some time to trace but he kept at it knowing I had the appointment with Sytners coming up. He kept me up to speed with what was happening every day and was happy to talk whenever I called. As the day drew closer to me having to take the car off him to go to Sytners, he told me he was investigating what he thought could be the potential problem and to hang in there. He even offered to drive the car back to me in time should he not be able to sort the problem after all. How nice was that? Luckily, he came good. He located the fault to massive corrosion in the connector plugs and set about the fiddly job of re-wiring everything. Result? Windows working perfectly and all for a very good price. To top it all, he's such a lovely man to deal with. In future, I'll be taking my Z4 there for everything. Thanks Nayan :)
