Kwik Fit - Luton - Chapel Street

My dad had a puncture last Sunday on his way home from Truro. They told me that I needed another tyre and sent a taxi to another site to collect so I can have it done at the same time. They forgot my locking wheel nut key but posted it recorded delivery after an apologetic phone call. Amazing service!!! Thank you

Not great. Initially tried to charge 495 for two new tires and then reduced the price to 420. I paid 344 six weeks earlier for the same two tires at the same depot. Kept me waiting and serviced people who turned up after me. Despite advertising a free bluetooth speaker if you bought two or more of the tires I bought, they claimed to have no knowledge of the offer.

I was very happy because you had the tyres I wanted in stock (Michelin PS4S 225/35/19), I was able to book at a competitive price online for immediate fitting. When I arrived all of the staff (Usman, Ekhwan and Harry) were very polite and helpful. I was seen to straight away and they started working on replacing my tyres immediately. They also gave me an opportunity to take pictures and inspect my damaged tyres, whilst also providing me with a damage report. From booking online to arriving back at home I was all done in an hour - excellent and superb service. This is my first experience with Kwik Fit and I will definitely be coming back to this branch specifically because of the service I received.
