I insist this business is just about the money by putting their customers in a tight spot by collecting all the money for the Circumcision procedure for the baby boy at once which is 200 pounds as the non refundable deposit so should in case the customer changes their mind, the customer is on the loosing end. They would not even take 100 pounds as non refundable deposit which is half. I felt really cheated because nothing was refunded. I was unhappy when I was told no parent would be allowed in during the circumscision procedure of my 1 month old baby. We are just supposed to leave him in the hands of total strangers during the procedure with no comfort from either of his parents. During my booking call, this information was said lastly which I didn't hear, more so a friend whose son just turned one recommended them and she told me she was allowed in. The nurse at the reception was rude and defensive and giggled behind her desk with her colleagues like they are used to some parents reacting this way and taking money off them by not giving any refund. In the previous review I dropped, thornhill responded that I should call them to discuss further but if they really care about their customers they ought to reach out to me not the other way round. We went somewhere else and we were treated well. A parent allowed in and we were not forced to pay in full till the procedure was done.

Had a adult circumcision done for religious reason which was performed by Abdul R Khan with medical assistant Jemma. All staff were helpful, polite and professional. Before, during and after the procedure. Thank you so much everyone for your support and for making me feel at ease and relaxed during something so delicate.
