STAY AWAY they bodge up cars and rip people off I bought a car from them 4800 and 2 weeks later timing chain broke and destroyed engine they will not do anything about it avoiding at all costs I'm going through trade and standards a lot of time energy and money waisted still not doing anything about it. I had 3 mechanical reports they also said they pay me back for total 112 but has not and also denieing the reports saying the mechanics are wrong and are not responding. YOU BEEN WARNED WORST BUSINESS ON PLANET they ruined me

Purchased a BMW from them on September 16th. They told me they had just serviced the car, which the on board computer confirmed. After having the car inspected the macanic informed me no service had been completed on this car for some time only the computer had been changed. He then told me the vibration coming from the car was due to Duel Flywheel urgently needed to be changed (I have also got three other options. Tried calling (not so) Super Autos but the phone just goes to voicemail, emails just bounced back and website no longer exists. I have been in contact with Trading Standards and now have a case running with them, I have also been in contact with AutoTrader who are looking into this company and associated companies, I know that they are placing adverts with them under another name. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Very poor customer service. Upon arriving I was greeted in a very aggressive tone, presumably by someone that did not want to be there. I heard conversations from staff where they were talking about previous customers and poking fun at their financial status. I tried to negotiate on price due to fuel etc and was laughed. Looking at previous reviews it seems I was one of the lucky ones that dodged a bullet. Would not risk it.

Disappointing experience buying a car from here, repeatedly told they shouldnt have sold the car to me as it was 300 less than advertised. Used this as an excuse to not honour what was missing when I collected the car due to wrong advertising. A navigation DVD was missing which after chasing and being told I had to pay, they did finally honour and buy. However the Spare Key must not of existed as they sent me an uncoded one which I would have to pay 75 to code. If you promise a spare key a working spare should be provided. Im happy with my car but ultimately very put off by the experience and dont feel like this is a dealer that would look after you if theres any issues.
