Disgrace. Surgery should be closed down and taken over by GPs who actually want to help patients. There seems to be a policy in place which prevents any Doctor/patient contact.

Good team but just really difficult to get appointments with doctors. I've only ever seen nurses for care. All nurses are really great, friendly caring and professional. Efficient repeat prescription service . Reception are patient, helpful and friendly.

Disgusting customer service! The receptionist has a terrible attitude wish I got her name would have mentioned. Rude not helpful they all say different information one says something isn't possible the other says it is. This specific receptionist doesn't know what manners are. You don't intterupt someone when they are in the middle of explaining something to you and if you didn't interupt maybe you wouldn't have to ask the question again which you would have know the answer too. I call. To discuss something who are you yo say I don't want to talk about that there is a manner in which you can say I don't have that information unfortunately. If you don't like your job that's your problem not mine don't be rude to me I just called to get some information your partner surgery wasn't able to provide people like that give GP receptionist a bad name!

Never able to secure an appointment with this surgery. Even calling early, told to call back at 8:40 so I did, Im second in the queue. I leave my number on the call back service just to be contacted by the surgery half hour later and told there are no more appointments. How is that even possible??! Absolutely disgusted with the level of service provided. Certainly wouldnt recommend anyone joining up with them.

Absolutely awful all week now I have been trying too get through but everytime I do there no appointments left receptionist isn't helpful at all 45 minutes in que too be told I have too ring back at 3 which I have done previously and same has happened
