I've found so many lovely vintage pieces here, some even new.

Shop has a wide variety of items to offer. Manager not welcoming or friendly. After being offered help from a member of staff, to take bags of donated clothes & books from car parked outside shop. Was told by manager they are "not allowed " due to health & safety, to help carry bags in. If too heavy for me, it was too heavy for her. Despite the fact I was using a walking stick & had blue badge in car. Did not leave all I intended to, and will not donate or go there again. Will go to another branch.

Always a friendly atmosphere in this shop even when it's a quiet day. Some shops can feel uncomfortable if you are the only person in there but never here. Staff are up for a chat if you want to or will leave you to get on with browsing while they work. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be doing their tasks and looking after the place. Sign of a great team. I hope Head Office appreciate the fantastic work you are doing for the cause.

It was my daughter and my first visit today and felt that workers were lovely to chat with and professional. I shall be returning very soon. X
