Bought some headphones. On the box is said 'over-ear headphones' but on opening the box clearly they weren't. Left waiting while staff contacted the Manager. Walked out without a satisfactory response. Won't be going back. Disgraceful customer service. I will be contacting the Manufacturer as Game should have done and also Trading Standards. Update Manufacturer has responded and agrees this situation is appalling too.

Good little store at the back & left of Sports Direct (Ground Floor). They pack a lot into a small space. Staff very helpful.
