My Vytronix vacuum wasn't working and AP Taylor immediately requested that I send it to the engineers to be checked out and promised they would sort it. They did all this immediately, but also sent a lovely notepad and pen for the trouble this caused me! Couldn't recommend them enough, the best vacuum, thank you AP Taylor:)

Never order with them they lie that if you order before 1 pm you will get at same day..and now i am waiting 3 days yodel did not deliver me i contacted this company and they say It's yodels fault they are delaying which is not if they wouldnt have mentioned same day delivery i would have bought from currys which is more reliable and also the tracking number of yodel they gave to track is not working it says error...just avoid this company

Absolutely disgusted with the service, sent me wrong item that was badly damaged, they claim free returns which is not entirely true. I was sent back from the post office as the free returns label only covered 2kg when hoover was 10 kg. Trying to call them via landline, waited over 40 mins no one picked up. Very disappointed with the service, wasted too much time, will not be using again.

Ordered a toaster and received an email to tell me it had been despatched. Received an email days later to tell me they didn't have it in stock. A familiar story from these clowns it seems.
