I ordered and paid for stacking tables? I have had no contact from this company of acknowledgment of my order. I called just leave voice message rung 5 times 5 messages and emails no response. I then phoned there sister company, let 8 voice mails plus emails no response. Then this morning I get a very arrgressive call back from a very nasty guy as he was angry I put something on Facebook page. He said he will not selling anything to me although its all paid for it says it all. Everyone needs to look at there reviews. I just wanted to warn people the sort of service you provide none!!! I rest my cause

Placed an order with this 'company' on the 17th May 2021. Except an initial order confirmation it's been stuck at processing for several weeks. Called to chase the order and was told that the order hadn't gone through even though I received a confirmation. Gave the order number and it was found on a different system. Was then told the price had changed and payment wasn't taken. The person on the phone didn't see bothered and said they would raise with their IT team to see why my order went through, order confirmation given and showing as being processed. It seems obvious that the order has been processed, we don't need an IT person to tell us this. My experience was one of poor customer service and a complete let down. I was then told to make sure the payment hadn't left my account even though 2 minutes earlier I was told the payment wasn't taken due to an issue. I was then told that if the payment had been taken I'd still need to pay extra money to get the item. You couldn't make it up. In the companies reply they don't apologise and blame me. How you can have a website that puts through orders showing payment was made and is being processed but say it actually isn't is really poor.
