Highly reccomend this Agency to rent flat/house! I was with them 1 year. All the issue I get I call them and same day someone coming to fix something to my flat rented from them! Perfect.

A brilliant company very willing to help in anyway they can they are always so polite and professional and feel as a Tennant i have a good relationship with the company and a great understanding if i email Melissa or sim they will respond to my email as soon as theere able to and always polite within the email and both ladys are very understanding on the phone and will take time to explain things to me if i dont quite undertand thesubject we are discussing. Ecolets is wonderful company brilliant staff carnt fault them in anyway i highly recommended the company.

Worst customer service experience ever with the managing director tor Melissa has no people skills spoke to me like I was nothing. Couldn't give me updates or anything just shputed down the phone with no help. Explained to 3 colleagues then spoke to her about the problem very rude woman don't know how she's a director. As explained to her on the phone I was sat right next to account holder who has a language barrier still denied him the chance to talk. Very very rude individual who needs to learn some manners I did mention I have the call recorded and will publish the link on YouTube
