    Awful experience. Bought a 8 in 1 games table for my sons for Christmas from Argos and requested a replacement part literally days after the holidays. Tried to call customer services between the 2 hour window they specify on the answer phone. No response, over the subsequent three weeks. Sent an email, was asked to provide proof of purchase, and subsequently no further contact. I now have a huge table we cannot use which was not cheap. If they can't do basic customer service, even with the offer of paying for the replacement part, I'm sure you avoid. Scam company. Shame, because the product looks good.

    Bought zinc venture folding bike/scooter from Argos for 500.Picked up machine from Argos,on opening box buyer's remorse soon kicked in.Front mudguard was bent and front disc brake rotor was hard up against disc pad.On checking it out I found disc rotor was distorted.Messaged them,could I provide video ?, no.I was sent a replacement rotor,thank you Tomas,wish I would of done some research before making purchase Will gift machine to my grandchildren.Its actually put me off using Argos.Mahine is an expensive toy.

    Ordered two electric scooters for my kids for Christmas. Only one works and nobody from Hy-pro will get back to me. I've been trying to get in touch for over a week and my emails and phone calls go unanswered. My wee boy is so sad about his gift from santa that doesn't work and I saved up for months to be able to purchase it in the first place as I really don't have a lot of money. I can't just go and replace it. Never, ever, ever buying anything from this company again and I'll make sure all my friends with kids are aware of their shady practices too. Trading standards will be contacted tomorrow if I've still heard nothing and I'll be contacting my bank to make a fraud report. Edit to add - in response to the comment from the company underneath this review, I ordered on argos who I've also contacted but are unable to do anything until they've heard from the manufacturer.
