However that is where the positives end, as there were a number customer service issues that caused concern which I shall list below.
Had arranged the date on which the vehicle was to be picked up, they were day a later than agreed
The final cost of the repair was significantly greater than what they had quoted
I was was informed the repair had been completed and had arranged payment, I was told that it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of that week as, however this did not occur, having heard nothing from them I contacted them on the Wednesday only to be told that further work was required
The vehicle was delivered to the wrong address
Bits of broken gearbox were left in the door pocket
I found the overall customer service to be amongst the worst Ive ever experienced, I am however grateful that the quality of work was to a much higher standard.

Communication is woeful at best, non-existent at worst. Leading to being without a car for 9 weeks.
They advertise that credit card payments are accepted. What they fail to mention (until you read the small print) is that they only accept up to 290. They effectively then hold your car for ransom by charging you 30 per day until you transfer the money to their bank account.
Car was returned filthy inside and out.
The good point is that the actual works carried out appears to be okay.
