We used Mark's services for the Purchase of our first home and we cannot recommend Mark enough! His communication was absolutely spot on and we always received regular updates. He was very attenuative when answering questions and queries and he was able to liaise with the vendors involved and provide me with reassurance and answers when I needed them. Overall, I would strongly recommend Mark's services to all. He has truly been amazing and made a what seemed like a stressful experience in to a peaceful and smooth journey! We recently sold our house via Mark. Using an independent local agent was the best thing we could have done. Mark put all his energy into finding us the right buyer. And now hes well established he had a network of potential buyers. We sold ours super quickly. He was helpful all through the process. Easy to speak with, always available and very professional. I began speaking with Mark back in 2021 when he initially provided a market appraisal on my property. 12 months later I asked Mark to market our property in Dunstable. Pictures and floor plans were very professional. Mark found suitable buyers very quickly and negotiated a deal that works for everyone involved. Just under 3 months later weve exchanged.
