        The customer service is terrible. They have recruited poor quality staff for the customer desk, who quite frankly don't care. It is a shame because they have a great product range. A customer feedback/complaint process is needed at this branch.

        From what used to be a fantastic company that has turned into a disaster. Poor customer service, none of the departments talk to each other. Have closed my account now and shall be using a much more reliable company.
