        Arranged 2 viewings. Arrived on time waited 40 minutes no representative from Chiltern Homes showed up. On calling their office repeatedly told someone was on their way. No follow up to apologise or courtesy call to explain their actions. POOR SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE!!

        I had a very good experience with this letting agency , they are very friendly and professional. Roksana was my agent , she did an amazing job helping me with all the documents i needed and aswering all my questions about the property where i moved including giving me a tour of it . I most definitely recommend !
