        Great customer service. My wife and I dropped off our rental here and realized we were too far away from the airport. The Hertz reps helped bring in our suitcases, ordered us a cab, offered beverages, and gave us the bathroom key. Well-rounded on all levels! Very friendly!

        No connection with Luton airport available. You have to pick your own cab/ around 15.

        Very poor service. Had to wait for assistant as he had left building. Was not shown around vehicle and was told only of small damage to bumper. Car was driven 14 miles. From site to family home to back to hire site. On return assist stated there was new damage to vehicle and that both front alloys had been damaged! This may have been old damage I was not told of as I sis not cause this damage.

        Good service and better prices compared to others will definitely hire again . Good staff and friendly, car was available on time and well cleaned with gold standard sticker clean.
