Dr shah is a caring, kind man who always listens and does his best for his patients . My husband and I have complete faith in him. The receptionists do the best they can in difficult times. They have always tried to help and when they cant are never rude just make other suggestions . It is hard to get appointments some times but thats the same everywhere. Its not the fault of the receptionists or the doctor particularly.

Absolutely the best surgery ever, they have done more for me in 6 months than other surgeries did in 15 years, the receptionists are excellent always polite and helpful, and Dr.D Shah and Dr R Shah are both extremely brilliant doctors, they listen and they do what they say they will do, all the other staff at the practice that I have had dealings with, nurse, pharmacist, HCA etc. are all caring and easy to talk too, and in my experience all these things are very rare nowadays, I can't praise this surgery enough they really are the very very best.

The contact is good, but I do not recommend it to people in a wheelchair. I had a big problem with the driveway to the main door. The door opens automatically but getting up the hill to this door is a great difficulty. Then I encountered the second problem, the second door to the clinic caused me another big problem, opening it manually is difficult and dangerous. Another problem is that the window to the reception desk is built up high and I can't be noticed by the employee at the reception desk. I had to wait for any patient to enter the clinic and call the person at the reception, behind the high built-in window of the reception and inform the nurse that I was in the waiting room. The reception is completely unprepared for people with disabilities. Despite the fact that I have a clinic close to my house, I am forced to look for another GP that is adapted for disabled people in a wheelchair where I will be able to be independent and safe. I hope that the owner of GP will fix these imperfections and take care of patients moving in a wheelchair.
