Little Peoples Nursery

To everyone on a waiting list read this review: Over a year since Ive been on the waiting list, rang every 3 months to see if we have the place, to no avail. But one of the mums in my mothers group told me that within 2 months of application waiting, her son got a place to start. Rang the nursery, not once she showed empathy but immediately responded haphazardly and told me, were a charity, we have nothing to do with the school! Futile administrative and management, didnt asked for any rectifications, didnt investigate just was extremely rude, and this is the deputy manager. I was so appalled and heartbroken how unkind theyve been. They even made excuses by saying oh its up to the managers discretion, in case they have plausible circumstances - no they do not, the family offered a place before us was a clear sign of discrimination and mishandling, and I know a lot more mothers waiting for a placement. To the deputy manager who was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, I was heartbroken. And the fact that you didnt even admit that there was a mistake that needed investigating does make you lack integrity and honesty, and I want nothing to do with your nursery let alone entrust you with my child with special needs!
