Deralam Laminates

Spent a lot of money on 3 worktops, 1 didn't match in colour, 1 had groves in it as was only protected with thin plastic but to top off how bad the company are is the delivery driver wouldnt help unload the very very heavy tops from his lorry, it would of taken 3 people of good stature to safely move the top, the delivery driver needs sacking. The unhelpful driver even joked with a someone walking past about how the family member was struggling. Luckily a family member was there to take delivery but is now badly hurt their back & hips from the struggle. Would urge people to buy from anybody else or make sure you have a team of very strong people to take delivery of heavy items as the drivers wont help at all. Shocking

Wrong worktops sent originally! A week later we have the correct worktops but dropped off (certainly not "delivered") by possibly the most unhelpful driver on the planet!! Save your time, money & patience and don't use this company! If I could give zero stars, I would!!

Just got delivered. Laminate looks good not fitted yet. Delivery man Paul Hart, Couldn't find the address first had to come out and meet him, I helped him take it to my door even tho I've got terrible back issues at the moment. Surely thought he was supposed to do it himself or be with another person to drop it off if he can't carry himself. Then he helped take it through the first door of my house I asked him if he could help me move it another 2 meters into the garden, he said no I'm not even supposed to come in the house.. okk... what a joke not helpful at all and a pretty rude older fella who made crude jokes trying to act young Now it's stuck in my kitchen and I can't do anything or move it on my own. Very bad service from him, please get a new delivery driver and save yourself bad reviews
