Ultimately I know the law, bought the car anyway, and made the dealership I got it from (and thus the dealership who had this fraudulent MOT done) pay for all the urgent, major repairs (including a brand new clutch kit and dual mass flywheel) that they tried to hide, under the Consumer Rights Act. But alas Fast Fix were happy to let someone drive a catastrophically unsafe car under their signature regardless of whos financial burden it ended up being!
