Bought a sofa in January, it developed a fault and I went to the shop on Monday afternoon.Spoke to Gail and she assured me that I would have someone come out on Tuesday. Martin come over and did some adjustments, but it didnt work. By the afternoon I was told to go back to the shop to pick another sofa, I spoke to Hail and again she was most helpful. I would like to express my thanks to Martin, Gail, and Hail for there professional manners in dealing with this matter.

I absolutely love this store but some of the younger members of staff are extremely rude and immature. they are always bundled up in corners of the store where you cant even find them and they seem like they dont want to be their. one day i went in and caught them playing football with the items and they were causing such a racket but other then that the shop itself is great.
