Would give 0 stars if I could, staff continuously ignored us even though eye contact was made they kept laughing and walking away. They pick and choose who they want to give good service too. Its absolutely ridiculous, when we complained the staff lied saying her manager wasnt there when later on we found out he was the manager. The lady wasnt taking our complaint serious and couldnt even offer us a discount on the food and shisha especially after telling them twice the shisha was burning our throat. I would never reccomend anyone going here, not welcoming at all and all staff look like they want to go home. Its not a friendly service at all, only go here if you want to spend your entire time wanting to get the attention of staff but then getting ignored when they acknowledge your existence

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I cannot believe that was provided here, Im still in shock, staff were incredibly rude they laugh and take the absolute mick of situations. I ordered lamb chops and it was disgusting, they were hard and unable to chew it was tasteless. I would not recommend going unless if you want to get ignored and continuously being belittled absolutely horrible. Staff show no emotion whats so ever, whats the point of being a server if your giving this type of service.

Loved this place, nice ambience, really personable friendly staff and the food was delicious. Cooked great and spiced perfectly

Came to review this place and it was absolutely appalling if I could give 0 I would, but I cant. Staff are rude and ignore you, came when it wasnt even busy and was still being ignored, as paying customers its ridiculous to get service like this I would not recommend going here. Even if you complain staff do not care and act like nothing even happened, staff laugh and make situations awkward and clearly dont know how to serve customers.
