been trying to get an appointment for 4 months and nothing.

Continuously disappointing, all the 1 star reviews are true. I was number 1 for almost 10mins to be told i have to wait 10 days for a phone consultation this is after being told yesterday i should call first thing in the morning for an appointment. I called first thing, the phone didnt even ring. When i called again later in the day, the call dropped as a waited, i called back immediately to have my issue delayed for a further 10 days. If youre in need these are not the people to call. I called another service straight after closer to where i work in London. I will be having a phone consultation sometime today. My call was answered in 3mins and the lady i spoke to was very helpful. This service is so poor its heartbreaking, especially when thinking of young people who cant do what Ive done.

Why its so hard to book an appointment? Time slots arent available online. You need make a call, then when you call youll be waiting for hours long. Terrible service.
