My elderly mum's boiler packed up recently, and I called several highly rated firms, but got no response. I called Waz's mobile and also received no answer, but he texted me back and said he would call back shortly.
A little while later, I received a call back and had a good chat with him. Despite having just got in from a day's work, Waz came straight out again and arrived at mum's in a few minutes to take a look!
He identified the problem, and arranged to come back the next afternoon with the parts.
Sure enough, next afternoon he turned up, did the job, and when he left, my mum had hot water and heat again.
Price seemed reasonable to me, but with service and skills like Waz's, price is a very secondary consideration.
If you want someone who just "Does what it says on the tin" in an honest, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable manner, Waz is your man.
I'll most definitely be recommending him to anyone that asks.
A top guy who deserves much success.

He told me he was very busy, he could not come to my house and assess the problem, but instead he took his time to give me some advice and to help me over the phone!
My boiler is now working.
I thank him for his precious advice and his patience.

1 - When calling first time, I was provided initial information on quote after explaining the issue and steps taken and providing the brand of the boiler, I had been informed there is an engineer who can come to the site on a Sunday from 3pm onwards till 20:00pm. Engineer would call after the initial call and notify they're on their way. Time passed, no call received, and so I chased for a status update at approx. 17:00, whom the same lady notified they would chase the engineer and she herself would call me to let me know if yes or no somebody would come to the property. No call received. Another 2 hours I chased as I was surprised the poor service but good reviews, and another lady answered, and informed me there is no engineer who is available on a Sunday am afraid. I went through the whole story plus price, and in short, was incorrect. This made me upset, and felt cancelling the onsite visit. However since I needed the boiler to be repaired, and this had been one Lady whom provided wrong information, I gave them a chance to use their service and requested for next day for the engineer to come onsite.
Next day, engineer we had been waiting, later we received a phone call later during the day approx 11 to 12 suggesting he cannot come and will need to cancel due to covid-19. I am not asking for the individual to risk his health, but I had to phone the company to ask if they can ship someone else as I received the status and again another lady confirmed they'll ship another engineer. Hours later, nobody got back to me. I just would not recommend them..
