Absolutely amazing customer service. We chose a bed and had it customised with our colour of crushed velvet with an extra large ottoman storage box to go with the bed. Stunning camel colour, almost exact match with our carpet. We were kept updated about delivery times. They were on time and went above and beyond to help us get the bed in to the master bedroom of a 3 storey town house. I needed a firm mattress because I have lower back problems. First night sleep was great! Id recommend the summer/winter flip mattress. I need to go back to find some mirrored bedside tables!

Moved into our new house and ordered a king size ottoman bed with matress for a great price and even quicker service during this pandemic which we were not expecting. Also ordered a rug I had originally seen in Dunelm for double the price at exactly the same quality which was a bargain! The guys are very helpful and came and fixed the bed within half an hour. All in all great service and would definitely recommend and go back again.
