I could not have been be more pleased with your service: the communication, packing, shipping, and delivery were all absolutely first rate. I had received several quotes to ship my item to the US; yours was the highest but was worth every penny of it. My only regret is that I understand you do not service auctioneers outside of the UK. I just wanted to say thanks for a great service provided by Alban Shipping. I have never used a courier before as I have never bought any furniture from an auction that needed delivery. (Normally just by the odd small walk out item from an antique and collectibles shop!). They provided great communication with what was happening and sent me the necessary paperwork I needed to return on email. I wasnt at home for the delivery but my partner said the delivery guy was great. The bookcase looks good in my hallway! Can happily recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. I've used them several times to transport Fine Art across the Atlantic. I'm extremely impressed with their service and would highly recommend them !
