Ive seen lots of outfits being promoted by Nafia on tic toc and really wanted to give Memsaab a go. I bought a suit (not the one I really wanted as my size was always out of stock). The suit came and the quality was ok. A few unfinished hanging threads from the broidery. One thing I would say is I went on a live tic toc and asked a question about their returns as a new customer. I was expecting the presenter to respond to my question and didnt realise that the moderator would as thats not the norm in most cases. I posted the question 3xs as I thought the presenter had missed my question only to be acknowledged abruptly by the. Moderator. That took me by surprise and couldnt helped being put off if Im honest. Customer service is really important and its first impression to your customers.
