After a terrible experience with Admiral, my repair was referred to Steer to complete. I had a great experience with them - kept up to date every step of the way and a timely repair made. Would recommend - if your repair is referred to them, you're in good hands. Works completed to an excellent standard.

Took my 79 lincoln here for a little paint work that was needed. Gary the manager was beyond helpful, everything was aranged quickly, dropped the car off at 8 am and it was ready to pick up the next day. The facility is very nice and tidy, has up to date state of the art facilities and i couldnt be happier with the service and the job done highly recommend ! 10 out of 5 ! Brilliant ! Was recommended by a work colleague whom also had an accident. Insurance company gave me a choice of three repairers. Im glad I chose Steer. It was so refreshing to see a company as large as this that genuinely cares about their clients and their vehicles. Their customer service was 2nd to none. Many many companies can learn so much from Steer as to how customer service really is. The quality of work ( after only two days) is excellent. I had a slight quibble which was rectified so quickly it was breathtaking. Amazing! Steer Luton, you guys should be proud of the people you are. You make peoples life as easy as you can in their hour of need. Thank you so much for doing that for us. We will be back!
