Just read a recent review from another customer I totally disagree with his comments on subject of staff members .I am a regular customer and have never experienced any hostilities from any member of staff I have always found a friendly and helpful staff that always give me a 5 star service regardless to how busy the store is .,

The store manager was very unpleasant and unprofessional the way she served me. Although I always buy the stuff for my home from my nearest branch. Not happy at all.

I had to take back a Small Torch , it's rechargeable and very bright , useful when walking my dog . Well after only 4 weeks it's not working . So they are sending me a new one, which is good ,but I was given a coupon for inconvenience, 10% off, if I buy something else for 100,I don't think this is much of a motivation to go there, although the shop is local and gives good service, I am very unlikely to spend 100.
