DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We ordered flooring for our kitchen, hallway and dining area a month ago. Unfortunately the kitchen and hallway flooring got damaged during our renovation. We went back to get more flooring and they quoted us near enough the same amount as last time, which doesnt make sense. Theyre trying to justify it with costs going up but the flooring we want is already available in-store and doesnt cost them any additional amounts. Therefore this tells me they are ripping us off intentionally as they know we need that flooring to match the rest of the house. We have used this company before and yet they have decided to take advantage of their customers, despite there being a cost of living crisis. They quote depending on whether they feel like ripping you off which is incredibly unethical and I urge all customers to TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Ill be updating this review with recommendations of where else you can go.

Had my house carpeted this week. They offered the best value in comparison to other carpet shops in Luton but do not expect any after sales. The owner just refused to repair a carpet gripper that had come loose in my lounge and after spending 2800 on new carpet. Would avoid them and go elsewhere.
