Yogoo! Natural Frozen Yogurt

Been to this place couple of times. The yogurt is very nice I can eat every time I go there even though its expensive. But service did put me off. Service is rubbish pathetic the way the lady owner treats people is so rude doesnt know customer service. When wanted a customer when they opened newly she was ok still wouldnt say good customer service. Portion of toppings is really hopeless and so minimal compared to yogurt you get its a joke. and free toppings are useless too as she doesnt bother much when told she didnt like it . I will never go there to her anymore . If had an option for minus score I would go for that . Thanks for your reply but I really dont have any evidence of it as I just saw her washing spoons and putting it back with the other spoons .thats why I have taken my statement back .hope that helps .

Absolutely lovely service and always catering to customers choices. Very professional whilst warm and friendly, the food and choices are brilliant. Highly recommend 10/10
