Terrible service. Wanted to view a property over the weekend but the salesman had no interest whatsoever! Shouldnt be in sales!!! The owner(s)/ director(s) need to take a look! Missed opportunity!!!

It was my first time renting and my experience before meeting Amy and her team was a nightmare. I could never get a hold of agents whenever I came across a property I was interested in and by the time they finally did call me back, the property was gone. I came across a 1 bed flat and called, Amy answered. I was pleasntly surprised. She took the time to understand my needs and wants and then went on to confirm if I was the right fit for the property. Same week a viewing was scheduled. She outlined clear next steps and reassured me along the way as a nervous first time renter which helped make the experinece smoother and pleasnt.
