We were really pleased with Andreis work at the time when he created a new patio and retaining wall for us in Oct 2020. We had a few issues after a few weeks with mortar and he came back to fix this. However the retaining wall has turned out to be hugely problematic with pointing falling out and bricks moving out of place. We are told it looks like a waterproof lining and drainage was not used and the mortar mix was also too soft. I tried to get Andrei to come back to look at it again but he never replied. The slabs and drainage have been fine but the wall has been a disaster and costly to put right. Such a shame as he was personable and worked hard. These guys I couldnt recommend highly enough. They removed our dangerous decking and replaced with a beautiful patio. Also relayed some existing slabs to make a second patio at the end of our garden. And laid a new lawn. They worked tirelessly even through heavy downpours. The result is immense and they cleaned everything down at the end of the job. Andrei communicated very well throughout and he understood what we wanted to achieve and offered up ideas and solutions.
