We recently completed on our new house. The process was routine standard but I was very much impressed with Julie and her professional and prompt replies. She adhered to every request and went above and beyond at times. Because of her tenacious approach to get the job done, which I very much favour in this remit, we were able to do everything from viewing to completion within 3 months - (unheard of these days). If I can give minus star I would Been tenant with them more than two years never missed any payment but they never solve the problems during tenancy and never get back to you for weeks Have to chase them for solving the issues Very unprofessional and helpless staff Never recommended
