If you visit this branch and are served by a miserable elderly asian man called Balu, expect nothing short of constant moaning and an unhelpful attitude. He is unhappy to process any transaction that doesn't involve you spending money at the counter because he says "we are not making anything out of it". He said this to the customer before me and then again to me. So this includes purchasing stamps elsewhere and then bringing the letters/parcels to his counter for him to process. Also he is unhappy to accept letters or parcels with prepaid postage which is now quite common with eBay parcels. He pretends that the barcodes do not scan and there is an imaginary problem with your label. I was sent away from his counter for this reason and had to drive several miles to Caddington post office, where they had no issue or problem in accepting the parcel and its barcode. This is an example of unacceptable behaviour and poor customer service from a Post Office franchisee..
